What an incredible experience at Downtown Summerlin (DTS) this weekend.
The Vegas Auto Gallery had some of their premier rides on the lawn near the big Christmas tree and the ice rink. The high-end dealership known for its luxurious and exotic cars, showcased some of their jaw dropping inventory. Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and Aston Martin were just a few of the top tier vehicles on display.
All That & A Latte was there with our mobile espresso bar. We served signature coffee drinks to all the Christmas shoppers who stopped by. A rotation of the world’s greatest baristas worked in during the three-day exhibit. All of them did an absolutely amazing job BTW. We did have a minor setback when off-loading on day three. The grinder dislodged during transport. It fell on the ground & broke when I opened the van door. We overcame the hurdle thanks to an assist from one of our barista moms, Ana. Who swooped by & picked up a spare on the way to drop off her daughter for shift.
Being so close to the rink, Jackie & I also capitalized on the chance to sneak in some ice time for our youngest daughter, Kali. Jezmarie, another All That & A Latte barista, stopped by on the way to her other job to say “Hi”, and grab a Chai Latte of course.
All in all, not bad for a December weekend in Las Vegas.
